But I couldn't bring myself to strip her.

Should I strip her or beat on her some more then strip her?

I'm thinking I want to keep beating her more before stripping. Yay or nay?

The edge cleaned up nicely atleast.

A mirrored edge makes my knees weak. I just learned how to do it myself (Edge Pro).

I say beat this one real good. I like lots of wear on a knife. Wear makes for a happy blade.

I can't imagine sharpening a big knife with an Edge Pro, it'd drive me nuts. Less room for error than a belt grinder, but it'd be way more time consuming I think. I know Ank gets good results with one on big choppers, i'm a convex guy though. :D

I think it'll look good with the coating beat to hell and the edge mirrored up.

I say she needs a little more love before you strip her. You need to get her good and worked up then you strip her:D:thumbup:

That Edge is sick 230.
How will the stripping chemical effect the Res C?

nice pics

Your edges are just so perrrty 230, you could be the first to see whats under her coat.:D

Mike,
Your Pic taking skills are also getting mirror finished. Great job Bro!!!

btw, beautiful edge. Do you finish that with the leather belt and green compound?

Satin blades rule. I never did take to any of the coatings.

So................Strip that sucker like you never stripped before :D
