I wish Jerry would tweet!

The drunken legend told one tweet at a time! He could just let us know what's on his plate for the day (and I don't mean food!). Impart some of his Boss Hog wisdom whenever or wherever it drunkenly strikes. Share incites into the life of a successful business man and father. You know what I mean? Twitter wouldn't crash when announcing a Ganza "Go" either!

I don't know if he even knows what twitter is =)

Twitter huh???. . . . It sounds similar to a name I was called when I was younger. . . . Oh wait, that was just "twit" . . . . Is it something that Conway Twitty does????

I'm drinkin'

Jerry:D
.

I've never really understood the "Twitter" thing. Call me old-fashioned, or just old but I don't really care what you guys (or anyone else) are doing all day ;)

I can see following a business etc where they will post info on upcoming sales, but following a person I just don't get

:D:D

Took me a while to warm up to it but there's actually some genius to be found on there. I mainly "follow" comedians and generally funny people.

I don't know if you guys are familiar with the HBO show Eastbound and Down and the character Kenny Powers, but the actor (actually, probably a publicist) "tweets" as his character. Here's an example from this morning:

@KP -- Working on a new children's book - "Kids Say The Darndest ******* Stupid ****"

I'm with ya. And I don't care for facebook either. I don't know many women under 40 thats not addicted to facebook, and even know a couple of men that are.

BTW- Greaves, your not in twitt(tweek, or whatever) mode now, so you better edit before a mod comes along.

be aware, apparently this is a "kid friendly forum" and such language isn't ok.

I don't care for the rule(s) (and other more colorful remarks) but it's true.

ask me how I know...

I find that people who twitter don't spend enough time doing what they are supposed to be doing so Stay on the Grinder Jerry, leave the tweeting to the kids.

I won't twitter, because it would cut into my Bladeforums time!

I do almost all my facebook on my phone. I mostly just poke fun at others' status updates.

I do, however, put pics up on facebook so that relatives who are not close by can see pics of the kids.

That said, I think if Jerry tweeted, he might just loose some manpoints!

We don't need Facebook or Twitter, let's keep the Busse community in this one place.

Twitter.....is like tweet as in "sing like a bird" AKA stool pigeon........telling on others and yourself:thumbdn::rolleyes:

lets leave twitter for our fairer gender...;)
