Becker bird and trout with a thin drop point 1095 blade about 3.5" long. The blade should be 1/8" thick or there about, give or take. I'd also like to see a 16 with a thin blade about 4.5" long.

So, you want a 14, 15, 16 or 17. I just Googled "bird and trout knife" images (haivng no idea what the hell you were talking about) and I kept expecting an image of the 14, 15, 16 or 17 to pop up. They didn't because none of the bk blades are marketed under the bird and trout umbrella. However, if you look on this forum you will see many pics of birds and fish getting whacked apart by BKs.

Becker wharncliffe, smallish in size, say maybe a 14/11 sized handle.

Being the mall ninja that I am, I wanna see a Becker Tanto in the Tweener category. And It would need to be traditional style, not 'Mercan Tan toe. The BK5/15 would be the closest I can get at this point.

I did the tweener wharncliffe rendering some time back:

Of course you did Dubz. I knew you had a drawing up somewhere and had just found those so I could post them up here and say "not those".

So, in the vein of being a completionist:

Not this

Or this

Shorter blade, and like I said, 14 sized handle. For tiny stuff, think more carving, detailed work. Ish. Honestly I am having a hard time even picturing it in my head, but I'll know it when I see it.

Did some more looking at stuff, and can refine my post to say "Sheepsfoot" instead of wharncliffe. Apparently there is a difference. And I will say I like the whole "modified" sheepsfoot profiles I have been seeing a lot of lately.

Seems like SIlent John made something like that Derek?

I made a sheepsfoot with becker handles out of 7/64" L6. I'll post pics tonight.

To the OP, something kind of like this?

So far not this:

And while this is completely not even close to what I was talking about in any way shape or form, I would like to see one of this happen:

A Becker Cleaver/Heavy Duty Santoku kinda thing. I'd love to have one of these for the kitchen :D

That is much more like I was thinking. Maybe play with the blade shape a little, some funky cutouts or something, I dunno, but even just that right there would work.

Been reading through the thread and found this fella Silentjohn did, and I quite like it:

Wharnies are a lot of fun and have their own place in the blade world. They make fantastic carving and tip detail blades and darn good utility cutters. That first wharncliffe with the tweener handles in this thread looks real nice, but that same blade on a 14/11 handle would be excellent for general utility. Thin, sharp, and swedged... yummy. I made me a wharncliffe out of a leek blade and 14 handle scales. Still havent completely finished up the project but its a handy blade so far... here is a in progress pic.

I would like to see the Tweeners about 10% larger. While they're perfect for most hands, they're a smidge small for mine. I love their size and handiness, but they could grow just a little and I'd be happy. Something just a little more "tweenie" for us Neanderthals. :)

Definitely.

This in a TiNi semi-stainless with bright orange or yellow handles would be a KILLER rigging knife. Could make one out of a BK16 or 17, but it would still be 1095.

I really like Dubz's sheepsfoot-14 too.
