To all those who have served or are serving in the armed forces..

Thank You, for all you have done and are doing, to keep this great nation safe.

Remember that those who serve are son's, daughter's, brother's, sister's, wives, husband's, mother's, father's and friends, remember to keep the families in your thoughts.
 
You Hogs make this a special place.....always, but it's the little post in between the normal conversation that really stands out.

THANK YOU! And I want to thank all the men and women who served before me and to all who served with and after me.

It is the people of this great nation that servicemen defend and are willing to lay their lives down for.

May God keep and bless each and every person who has and still are giving of themselves to keep me and mine safe and free. My gratitude is not well expressed by my words in comparison to how much I feel for those who served before, with and after me. Thank You from the Laxson Mob!

Thanks to those who served in the past, for they enabled what we have today.

Thanks to those serving today, for they help preserve and defend what we have from those who would destroy and dismantle it.

Thanks to those who will serve in the future, for they will protect and defend that which will come from what we are.

Finnish as I am, American veterans have my respect and thanks even so. Many good men have sacrificed their lives to make the world better for the survivors. That if anything is nobility.

I thank you for the kindly sentiment -- on behalf of those still serving, my gray-haired peers, and those yet to come. A kind word, now and then, can make all the difference.
