Well, the kids will be going to better schools & there's a new shop in the works. You won't regret making the move, just a very busy time for you right now. I look forward to coming out & seeing everyone & what you've accomplished.........whatever size shop you're thinking of building........I'd double it! Talk at you later, this is Bill........
