Just picked up one of Ian's gyutos (chef knives) and he provided an excellent buying experience. His communication was consistent and fast, the packaging was above my expectations and he even threw in a couple of items to help me along with my knife making hobby. The knife was exactly as described and I am very happy. Thanks Ian!
