ice pick tip differences + pics

although no where near as sturdy as the truks head knot, this one looks nice. its similar to a lot of other wrap styles like this, in that the areas where there are a set of straight paracord without any overlapping, it allows a bit to much movememnt. but again, it looks nice :)

its made from 1 peice of paracord, wich is done in a series of half knots. where the 2 sides overlap is where the spiral comes from.

*half knot: banister bar*

i do, but i tend to try to not give it out whenever possible (i mean no offence by that, ive just had several people abuse the hell out of it over the years.)

a little over a doubled over full arms length... soo... um... somewhere around 12 feet? its always better to estimate over then under

about 3 hours. about 40 minutes for the banister bar, but i could do the banister bar in about 20 now that i know how. the key would be to get it as tight as humany possible, because of the tendency for straight lines of paracord to shift. the turks head knot would proabbly take me about the same time to do again... but maaaan is it ever worth it. im never gonna do a strider style wrap again.

and my personal carry sheath. it rests in the tool pocket of my pants, so i dont need a belt loop on it, just a place to tye the sheath down to my pants with paracord. im pretty happy with it... my new press set up works wonderfully

This might be the dumbest thing I've written on these forums,
but those upside down icepicks look like hungry flamigos,
just waiting to take a bite out of those bottles.
