I'm sorry, but if you're 21 then you're old enough to form complete sentences. It's really hard for people to form the opinion that you're a mature individual when you don't take the time to use punctuation, capitalization, and proper spelling. It's even harder for them to think you're mature when you insult the people you're "apologizing" to in the same sentence.

I'm not trying to come off like some kind of jerk, but folks tend to have a much better opinion of people who are polite and legible.
