Idaho knife laws

Is it legal to own a double edge knife in Idaho? If so any other restrictions? I am thinking about a gift for someone that lives there.

It is probably legal to own. But it would be illegal to carry in some circumstances (if the LEO stopping you decides it is a dirk or if you are "in a town or city, etc.) and definitely so if carried concealed. Unless, of course, one has a CCL. If that's the case we are back to the "who gets to define it" problem.
