Idea for strider folder/lanyard snipper

Is that a real strider? Mine seems like the blade closes further or something? I have my 550 cord tied as tight as I can to the ti side and it still touches and tears the cord up. And if the cord isn't completely pulled down to the rear of the knife the blade won't even open cuz the tip will be stuck in the paracord.

I actually have the old lock-up and that is a whole different story. And it does have it's advantages over a straight cut lockface. It can never push all the way over the the g10 side and sieze up the knife. Some may make a little clicking noise but most will never fail.

Ah, someone who still believes the "Sh1t Vent" story..

No, not a shit vent but if you hard use any streight lockface including all the best names like hindered, crk, and wh the lockbar will move over to the g10 side and lock the knife up to where you will have to use another knife or pry tool sometimes to unlock it. Neptune knives does a good demonstration on YouTube of this. If you don't believe me then look for yourself. I am super ocd and anal so the little clicking noise does bother me but once the lockbar is workhardened if it does click you can just send them in for an oversized lock-stud and the knife should be good if not better then the new lockup because of the advantage after that. Just saying. I'm not sure which one I would prefer but then again the only strider I've had with the new lockup was the pt and that was just to small for me so maybe I'm biased because I have the old.lol
