Idea Push, Basic Kukri

Because even if you are the best at something someone will always challenge you! However who ever has the strongest basic movement or plan will always win!

So here is to a winning combo INFI / Res-C and the blade shape we know as the ¡¡¡¡¡ KHUKRI !!!!
 
Honestly, I think there's much more chance of success lobbying Cold Steel to make their kukri in 3V than getting a Basic Kukri. There's be a kukri thread in the Swamprat forum for years with no success.

Well we should stop lobbying for the Basic Bolo also I mean what's the point.... in the voice of Joe Pecsi "Aye Tommy, who's dis wise ass?"

We ask because we can and if the Boss serves it up great and if not oh well.

So please take your negativity elsewhere. I'll try whole heartedly and see what happens.
 
I'm staying optimistic about this basic Khuk idea. The reality is the only reason ideas and dreams die is because we give up too soon. I doubt anyone but a handful of hogs dreamed that INFI would come in so many shapes and sizes, yet here we stand today with INFI varients in a almost any flavor. So why not a Khukri of utility or combat size?
 
Glad to see my kukri ideas so well embraced! I had my doubts in the initial beat down but hope springs eternal along with AValenz's enthusiasm.
 
I just don't think there's a terribly large market for big recurved blades in the western world, seems like HI and Cold Steel tend to do pretty well filling this niche already anyways. Not to mention they tend to waste a large amount of steel due to the shape which brings the price up considerably, kind of goes against the grain of the whole 'Basic' series if you ask me….. :rolleyes:
