Ideal thickness for a Bushcraft blade

I'm curious - who makes this and what are the specs? Thank you.
 
It looks like a Scrapyard knife not sure of the model though. I believe they use some type of modified S7/ SR 77 back in the day. I'm not sure if they went to SR101 now though like Swamprat's blades.
