I`ve been thinking (always a dangerous thing) of new ideas for 2014, and this is what I`ve come up with so far.

Fillet Knife
Kitchen Knives (possibly a 3 knife set)
Rough Duty Camp Cooks Knife (left with forged finish, mqqn and jds1 each have one, hopefully one of them will post a picture)
C/U-8

If there is anything you might like to see next year, let me know, anything is possible. I`m going into 2014 with high hopes!

I've got my anniversary knife design ready to go...hint hint.

That`s still up in the air, I`ll see how it looks around April. Too many just pop in here with a design, hoping for a free knife, then vanish again. Maybe I should restrict it to past customers.

Past customers/Proud Supporters sounds good to me.That'll keep the fly bys out.

But once everyone sees my newest design they'll all want one......& you'll be swamped with orders.....and I'll get a freebie.....

yeah,that's the ticket.....

and then I woke up.

What can I say,a guy's gotta have his dreams.;)

I'd love to see your take on a Sharpfinger style skinner/utility knife. I've liked that pattern for a long time, but there always seems to be something about each one that holds me back, maybe the JK touch would be the cure.

Fillet knife?

I look forward to that one. Will you temper it back to get the flex of a fillet knife?

this is kind of you of left field for your question but i was poking around your site and wondered if you shouldn't separate out EDC knives from the rest, since you always say they sell better maybe singling then out would highlight them more?

also, folders, friction folders need to be on there and here somewhere. Seems like while I'm out and about ont he tarditional forum tehres always siome ineterst in a custom maker doing ff.

Maybe slime slime profile ff's? from 3/4" stock and 1/6" or 3/32 wide?

Just made a separate album for EDC Size Knives

Should I bring back Marketplace Monday? Maybe a different day? If so, give me some "catchy" names.

Catchy names for Marketplace Monday: ?
MONMANIA
MONSTER MONDAY
MONDAY SUX (EXCEPT FOR THIS!)
MONDAYS GRINDER CANDY
JOHNS MONDAY MEGAMARKET
LUNES OFERTA!
START THE WEEK SHARPER SALE
MONDAY IS JK DAY
Yes, they all are bad! If G.L.H was alive he would have a good one.

I would love to see a fillet knife with an 8 or 9 inch blade 5 inch handle. For the handles I would want micarta or G-10 left with a slightly rough finish for a nice grip even when your hands are coated in fish slime. I prefer a semi stiff blade over a real flexible one. I would like the blade to be on the wider side upwards to an inch. A nice kydex sheath with some drain holes on the bottom would be nice. Finally for the steel O1 or even a stainless like 154cm would be great. Just my thoughts.
