Identification Help Needed

I purchased a house not too long ago and I am still going through all the stuff left behind and in a box was this knife. I would love to identify the mfg of the knife our of sheer curiosity. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Anyway I can see a bit of wave to the bevel, so I'm thinking that it may not be a very good knife
