Identify help

This looks like a horrible idea to me. Picture using the prybar end underwater in poor visibility. While placing a lot of stress on the handle the lock is actuated or fails and the sharp point slides out of the end of the handle and right into you arm. No thanks, I have no problem carrying a knife and a crowbar.
