Identify this Boker

Can anyone help identify this Boker knife? The main blade is stamped BOKER USA and the back side is stamped 85 88 with a tree in the middle. Is it rare and valuable or just another pocketknife?

It is a model 8588, probably made by the Wiss Tool Co.
I do not know about collector value, but probably not worth a lot.
