I haven't even gotten my Camp Tramp yet, and I'm already looking at the Howling Rat, Rat Tail, Bandicoot, and of course, the Battle Rat. How do you guys choose???

Guess that I'll just have to prepare my bank account for a beating....and buy them all. :D
 
Good to see someone embracing reality and not trying the whole, "Well I don't need it..." facade. :)
 
get use to it...I don't even fight anymore... and wait untill you try them in Tan... then my friend...:rolleyes: just make a try... TAN BATTLE RAT... I own severals brand of knives, and most are now Busse and Swamp Rat. I love my Busses but believe me everytime I take my Tan battle Rat in hand...something allways happen... :rolleyes:
 
There is no choosing.....I have had them all. You don't know what is going to work for you until you try them all. I don't have them all right now, but I have had them all at one time or another!:D


Right no I want a combo rig for my PR and HR.....it never stops. If it is not the knives, it is accessories for them.

Hey KBR, you will just end up relenting, but take heed.......dont get them all at once, space them out. It keeps the magic fresh and you dont start obsessing over the next new thing like some bothersom little leather bender's been doing in that Mini Spec Ops thread!:rolleyes: ;)
 
KBR, Congrats on the inbound CT!! Nice one to pick right out of the gate.

I got to fondle a Rat Tail a while back and IMHO it would make an EXCELLENT complement to the CT as a big/little combo pair. Maybe have one of the local kydex-kings or leather-benders make you a piggyback sheath for it... ;) :D
 
Thanks for the tip, RokJok, it would definitely be something that I would look into. I saw a pic somewhere around here with a piggy back sheath for a CT and HR, but now I can't find it, and it is probably the coolest sheath that I've ever seen.
 
Ha ha Man that leather bender thing is starting to stick HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA :D Next week should prove have some interesting combo sheaths coming:eek:
 
MtMike and I are already looking into that. And we have e-mails from a week ago so we thought of it first!! :p

Thanks, Eric! I hope to become a full fledged Rat pretty soon. As a matter of fact, I'm in the process of selling some of my Spydies to buy some more Rats so my CT(when I do finally get it) won't be lonely! :D :cool:
 
BTW, all kidding aside....I'm absolutely obsessed with that Camp Tramp!! I'm even having dreams about it........

.....alright guys, get your minds out of the gutter, not THOSE kinds of dreams. :rolleyes: :D
