If there was an international BladeForums meet-up, which ONE blade would you bring?

This Eschaton would be on my short list -- by Elijah Isham, his best in MHO.

I usually don’t even carry just one anymore because it’s so easy to also carry a slipjoint. My answer would probably be my #15 boys knife in red linen micarta. But second choice is a work tuff forester gen 3 in Bohler k329

You're welcome to visit. HMU if you're ever in the SFBA for a meet & greet/show & tell.

However, most BF members probably would have to get on a plane to get to the West Coast, as would any international travelers. 🤷‍♂️
I might have to take you up on that sometime, I'm in the SFBA as well 😁

thanks. ya might have to lend me a room for the night as I know you have a large collection and if im there....ill be looking at them all, so could take all day and possibly into the night......

You're welcome to visit but, you'll have to rent a room if you plan to stay over night.🤷

It would be a PITA to show all of my collection because many (particularly the fixed blades) are still in boxes within other boxes but I'm willing to pull out specific items in advance upon request.

LOL!!! 😉

Nearly impossible decision and love the idea. Definitely think we should make it happen one day.

Hard call but I’d go with my CRK Ole Glory, ask me tomorrow and it would be one of my favorite older Hinderers.

Since this would be an annual meet up. I don’t feel as much pressure.

Just one? It might have to be this snazzy out-of-production liner lock. All steel construction. One-piece handle.

They're increasingly difficult to find, and they've quadrupled (or more) in price on the secondary market.

I feel lucky to have had this one for more than 10 years. As tempting as it is to cash in on that resale value, I'm holding firm. Gotta put my best foot forward for the international meetup.
