If they cut my leg off, I want an INFI peg!

Dang! What a sweet rig you set yourself up with:thumbup: That's the way to bugout even with an injury:D You need to get some sort of an award for that rig, it's pure Genius!:D:thumbup:

Oh, and I see your medicine is the fine kind right down there in the corner in the first shot, it's next to your 'all in one computer fix it tool':D

First time I thought someone might not want to recover from an injury because of the cool cast they're sporting! Get well soon!

Sweet place to carry what appears to be a black/tan SFNO

I wish! - it's just an HR from one of the ganzas.

Great rig!!

I see you've reached that awkward age where everything appears to be just fine ... until it suddenly isn't.

Pain in the a$$, isn't it?

You got that right bro! I'm not too impressed with it. All that 'healthy exercise' has certainly worked for me hasn't it  :grumpy:

I do look on the bright side with this one though, I mean it could have happened up a mountain somewhere, instead of in the hospital car park. Actually, some dark part deep within me almost wishes it had - I could have put my super-ninja stealth warrior survival skills to the test ;)

Glad you're over the 'flu

So what is the red thing that looks like a tent peg?

It's a red tent peg :D

Well, I had a spare hole on the side of the MaxP pouch and, as my wife says, I like putting things in holes! ;)

Thanks!

Yep - the best medicine there is! And best of all, I can take it any time I feel like right now because I can't drive anyway :D

You must be a computer expert like me then! But it's not limited to just computers... I call it the 'Homer Simpson' method of repair. Most people think you can get away with just WD40 and gaffer tape for emergency repairs (you know: If it moves and it shouldn't etc...) but in reality there are some problems that really need an enthusiastic application of the third ingredient. It's just an upgrade from kicking it!

Thanks for all the support folks - and it's amazing what ideas one can come up with on a mixture of painkillers, scotch and enforced boredom!

Watch what you kick with that rig on! Yeah, Homer's Law of Fixin' stuff rules around here too!

That is awesome

I'm thinking a pair of bell bottoms and your ready for church.:p

Thanks for sharing
Helle

Remember, when you get home ... toss that leg up on a hassock, and throw back a dram or two.

Single malt. It's good for what ails you.

I hope that injury heals quickly for ya. I've had some tendon injuries on an ankle and a knee. The pain along with rehab was something I do not miss. But I like the mods you made to the brace!
