I stumbled into this post looking for one myself and realize that this is over two years old. There happens to be a bone handled one on Fleabay right now from the guy that I have gathered from being a lurker here for quite some time is the guy that shall not be named. I have wanted one of these for a long long time, but if I went the route of the price tag currently assigned, my wife would use it on me when it got here.

That's a beautiful knife.

You're trying to get probably one of the hardest to "BUY" Busse knives ever made. There are a number that are more rare but but the people who have BOSC ID's aren't cutting them loose. I buy Busse knives all of the time, have hundreds of Busse owners as customers and it took me a solid 18 months to turn one up and it was through a customer who offered it to me.

That said, as usual the price he is asking is very high, but it may be a one of a kind with those scales and he probably has the only one on the open market right now. If that package showed up on our exchange here I would expect it to be between $1700-2000. He may very well sell it at that price, who knows, but you can buy a lot of awesome Infi for that price.
