If you could bring back one cutlery company

You're strolling along the beach, lost in thought, and—YEOW—you stub your toe on an old lamp that had washed up on shore. Smarting and annoyed, but intrigued, you pick it up and start to polish it with your shirt. You know where this is going: out pops a genie and you are offered three wishes.

You use all three of your wishes for incredibly noble and selfless purposes. Impressed, the genie offers you one more wish. But, there's a catch: "Your final wish must be something that you will personally benefit from. You're obviously an aficionado of traditional cutlery. Tell you what: I'll let you choose one defunct cutlery company to bring back into operation. Which do you choose? And, since I'm feeling generous, you can have any knife in their catalog. What'll it be?"

So, how about it? Which traditional cutlery company would you bring back? Which of their catalog would you be most itching to have?

Wow Charlie!! I see many grand daddy patterns up there. At roughly 3 o’clock, a GEC #97 ebony coke bottle for instance.

New York Knife Co. Hammer Brand No. 4718. 4-blade Eureka Cattle Knife in jigged bone. Such a fabulous knife!

I've been on the fence about which company I'd bring back. Would it be Schrade, so that I could get an 804 in peach seed bone? That's pretty much my grail knife, so it's pretty tempting. Or, would it be Camillus, the maker of my favorite knife for whitting—the 72 carpenter's knife—and also several other patterns I enjoy?

It's a toss up, but I'm feeling in a Camillus sort of mood tonight. I'd go for the 1006 bird and trout.
