I would choose something very expensive.
And then I would sell it to buy more Custom Shop Buck 110's!:D
 
As a couple of other people before me, I would choose a custom design that is tailored to my needs. Barring that, a sweet Ken Onion custom would be nice :D
Crazy thing though, last year if you asked me that question it would have been from Ernie Emerson no questions asked.
 
If I could design a knife, it would probably be a large Sebenza classic frame lock with ZDP-189 sandwiched between some stainless mosaic damascus for a blade, in Hinderer's Spanto shape (just thinner) with flipper, and a Robo Assist mechanism, ala D Ralph, and have Blue-Bark Mammoth Ivory inserts, or a meteorite cabachon insert at the rear with the Calvary carving in color anodizing.

Existing knives, would probably be A. G. Russell's exclusive William Henry GenTac with Mammoth and damascus blade.

Or a customized Microtech LCC D/A 3rd Gen with ZDP/Damascus blade and white pearl scales, with brushed Ti bolsters anodized a dark blue.
