If you could make the Izula bigger? Would you?

I like the Izula like crazy, but it is a tad small for me. I was wondering what the Izula would look like if it were just a bit bigger.

This was just me thinking on paper. I know it doesn't look a lot different just a tad bigger.

i like the size just where it is, if you want a larger blade you could get the HEST. or even the ESEE3.
 
well from your drawing you might want to look at the Becker/ESEE collaboration knife

also why did you add a skull crusher? ;)
 
It's the perfect size, if it were any bigger I wouldn't carry it as much, right now it fits the space between a large folder and a small fixed blade.

It gets used every day. :)

If I wanted bigger, I'd buy bigger. :)

+1 on this. I think it is perfect as-is
 
Initially (before I got it, and as soon as I opened it from the mail) I would have said "yes - it needs to be bigger" but then I used it... and used it and carried it and used it some more - it's just right the way it is, though - I just needed to get adjusted to it.
 
Just my 2cents worth...I think it's a great size for EDC, concealment, survival kits, etc. I don't think I would change a thing!!
 
Well this was just my 2 cents worth. I frequently look at designs of knives (and all sorts of other tools and weapons) and draw up my perfect version of them. Just my dumb little hobby. I should really learn to make them reality so I can give a proper show to you all.
 
No, I wouldnt change anything about the Izula... if I wanted bigger I would carry my RC3.
 
Being as I like that the Izula is a slightly thicker steel than the 3 I like the idea of a slightly bigger Izula...but I'm thinking the collaboration knife, whatever it gets named, will fill that void (and I think the blade could be modded into roughly the shape of the Izula if I wanted to). I wouldn't want to see the Izula replaced by a larger one but if a slightly bigger Izula is ever made I'll be wanting one of those too because I like the Izula blade shape better.

I felt the same way, a full wrap around the carabiner loop made a big difference. it's my EDC now and I wouldn't change a thing.
