If you could only keep one knife, which one would it be?

I don't know if this one belongs in the listing, because it is maker specific: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/s...knife/page6?highlight=only+one+zero+tolerance

The essence of my response, though, still applies:
If I could have only ONE...I would be sad.
I think my ZT grail is the 0888; but I wouldn't use it, so it would be a wasted choice.
Sooooo....if I was restricted to ONE, I would sell my 0300,0560, 0770 (aluminum/Elmax), and 0350. I'm not sure if I would part with my ironwood scaled 0350 in m390...but I would definitely keep my 0200, 0550, 0770m4, 0801bw, and possibly the 0808 (obviously, I can't be sure on that one because it isn't here yet).
Who ever heard of such a thing - ONE knife. Pfffft - That would be a silly rule, and you can bet that I'll be in noncompliance. <wanders off grumbling about the very idea. Geez. WTF>

Obviously, without the previous restriction of focusing on ZT knives, I would have several others on my No way, I'm not giving these up. Screw you! list, including my SwampRat Waki, my custom handled MBB M-4, at least one of my RMDs, my Dozier modifed personal, and probably one or two that I never mention on the forums.

The very idea that I would be somehow compelled to sell off all but one of my knives is too unrealistic to contemplate.
Molon Labe!!

Any Sebenza will do. Preferably micarta inlaid for grip, but the ability to dis/re-assemble and clean, ease of sharpening, and blade geometry of either blade design. I suppose a large 21 micarta Insingo would be my go to.

I am leaning towards fixed blades more and more.

One knife? Buck Ranger Skinner - Fixed Blade.

Disclaimer: I only own a few knives and I am looking into more fixed blade knives too.

This reminds me of 'owning only One Gun' threads and keeping only One Caliber in one or more firearms.

But I can keep them all and intend to. But, if for some strange reason, some alien force said I have to get rid of all and could keep one. I wouldn't even do that. I'd get rid of all of them, I'm an addict, man. It's either all or nothing.

The Bark River Aurora, 3V, with Chakte Viga burl (my avatar image) - my fiancee bought it for me and, like her, I'm sure it could get me through damn near anything.

My Chopweiler. Why........if you've handled one before, you would know. Second to that would be my Junglas or BK2.

What week are you asking? My favorite knife changes every week or so. Right now I would say my ZT 562. Never seen a knife that was this perfect out of the box. My 801 was superb, but it had to sent in. Perfection at $170? Good enough for me.

Of all of the knives I have owned but no longer do, though, I almost want to say my old BM 53. I am a giant dummy for getting rid of that. Maybe my first 550, too. Ok I really can't pick just one. That's like asking somebody to get rid of all but one pair of pants. Most people could do it, but it would be a cruel decision.

Pretty much my perfect pocket knife...

My Demko ad10. Its big, comfortable, solid as hell, "overbuilt", but still slices great because of the high hollow grind and it's like .014 behind the edge. Not to mention I dig the materials and it looks pretty badass to boot.

I travel to a city that has a blade length restriction of 2.5" quite a bit. I would have to say my DPX Heat in G10 D2.
