Say you have to get rid of or sell almost your entire collection:eek: ...for whatever reason. As heart wrenching as it is to think about, what one folder and one fixed blade would you hold on to? If you can narrow it down to just ONE knife, more power to ya!;)

I'd sell whatever else I could before having to sell bodily fluids and parts of my body to science before I sell them all off. If it comes down to selling cerain pieces of my collection because I have to, my RJ Martin JD Q-36 would probably be the last to go. I don't have it yet, but my STN from DJ at American Kami or my old school Cold Steel Trail Master would be the last fixed blade to go.

Folder: gotta be my Seb. Nothing else spends so much time in my pocket.

Fixed blade: hmm. Guess my one-of-a-kind Koster WSK… but maybe my Busse AK counts :)

I'd probably keep the first 'high-end' knife I bought for myself - my much abused Kershaw cyclone.

:Dhaha, i think most people here would agree with selling off anything else first...the Q-36 is an awesome knife!

FB, Bud Nealy Aikuchi in O-1 with black micarta scales, this was one of his early knives made in the early 80s when he first started, (I still EDC this knife).

Folder would be my Pat Crawford one piece Framelock, my first custom folder and a damn good knife.

HMMM, well I think this would probably change from week to week, but I am really liking my brown ffg delica. I think that I would want something more robust though, so my vote would be for my manix2 carpenter steel.

Last one to go would probably be my chainsaw dick YING YING YIIIIING!!! That was rather tasteless but now I've got it out of the way it would have to be my F1. Things will likely be changing veeeeeery soon though.

This is subject to change at any time... don't hold me to it.

Fixed?
Busse Tank Buster

Folder?
The Spyderco Stretch II just might beat out the Umnumzaan, though the zaan is a bit tougher.

Man... I hate this question... why did I even answer this?
The horror of choosing only one - what a sickening thought.
:barf:
