If you had a sandwich named after you...

The simpleton

dried salami cut as thin as you can get it and triple cream brie on a fresh baguette

The best one I have heard was one the comedian Harland Williams came up with and it went something like this
beef tongue
tabasco sauce
bacon
ham
he called the "lick my hot greasy ass" special if I recall correctly.
and by the way.....the "Elvisburger" is fried like a grilled cheese sandwich, not toasted. The King would have never settled for a cooking method that did not add some additional fat content to the dish......lol

That's true. I saw Elvis' cook on David Letterman a long time ago, and she made one of those sandwiches on the show. I seem to recall that it was fried in a LOT of butter, like 2 sticks worth.

It would be called the Vampyre.

Juicy red roast beef, on Hungarian Rye Bread, roasted garlic goat cheese, a little hot horseradish with some coleslaw on top.:D

The WILD WEST (last name West)

Bread would be baked in a camp/dutch oven
Steak
Beef mince pattie
Couple of thick slices of bacon
onions
slice of cheese
good serving of smokey BBQ sauce
and a splash of tabasco

This is one I serve up at my restaurant
Not a menu item, so it officially has no name
some call it the heartburn special

(made entirely on the flat-top)
garlic-toasted sub roll
fried salami
fried cappacola
sauteed mushrooms and onions
melted swiss and/or provalone cheese
serve with horseradish-mayo a side of Tums

This is by no means original, but it is one of my favorites when the garden fresh tomatoes come in.

Tomato and thick sliced fried to how you like it bacon, with mayo, on toast. Simple, but effective! -Matt-
