If you had to chose just one..............

Hi all,

Thank you for all your posts, all the info is greatly appreciated. I was confused and was struggling to decide which model to get, almost to the point of not being able to sleep. I guess my girlfriend noticed this, because this morning she came over with and asked if I could sharpen 3 of her kitchen knives. She told me she laid them on my work bench, so I went into the garage to sharpen them. And guess what, the 3 knives weren't kitchen knives.:D At that moment I almost asked her to marry me. LOL Now if there was a BK4 in the pile too. I think the wedding bells would be a ringing.

Thanks again guys for all your posts.

Nerd, If you don't leap on that one, you're crazy. Besides caring enough to spend the bucks and take the time to get you THREE knives, she as the sense of humor and intellegence to make a joke of the delivery. That, Sir, is what we call a "keeper".

Tell ya what... Think about it hard. If you DO ask her to marry you, I'll send you a modded BK4 as an engagement gift -- FREE! You've got one week. GO!!!

Nothing at all wrong with a happy ending. Congrats and as others have said, she's a keeper. :-)

I'm going to vote BK16 -- it's the one I've lusted for since I saw pics of the early protos.
That said, I have a Navy Mk 1 that fills the clip point niche quite well. :D

Now we'll see how serious he is about being a Beckerhead!

Seriously, though, she sounds like a keeper. She knows you well enough to just order them for you and isn't afraid of having some knives around.

Forget the lil blades when you will alwys be saying " dang, wish i had brought a bigger knife".......you will never say that with the BK9 strapped on your hip!.....bring enough knife.;)

you can't choose just one.

you must buy 5 of each, and weed out the weak

I haven’t tried any of the tweeners yet, but I really want a 15. It just seems like such a nice small-medium sized blade :)

I think I'll enter DerekH's contest and try to win a bk15 that way. Would be such an easy solution if I won :D
