My
Uncle Bill Salyan (I consider it my HI cantina fraternity pin)
HI Katana (It belonged to Rusty)
Manjushree (signed by Uncle bill and Yangdu)

Berk Special (dui chirra) for it's beauty.
Yvsa Cherokee Special, for it's design, and it's designer.
The Chitlangi I bought from Walosi, because he was my friend.

Damn, that would be a hard decision.

Steve

Foxy Folly
Sher Attitude Special
BDC
...there are others that probably would get into this top three list if I had them
DanR

18" ang khola
20" siru
30" ang khola

I'd have a haaaaaaaaaard time selling my bhutan swords, but I couldn't sell the 30", wich was a custom I ordered from bill. Of all my blades, that will probably be the very last to go.

15" AK (old faithful)
16.5" chiruwa WW2 w/Terry Sisco handle (because it's just soooo nice)
kagas katne (gift)

Would this be sell all you own but three, and never be able to buy another one. (keep users and sell the rest)

Or sell all currently owned but be able to buy more down the line (so you can keep special ones and can get regular user models later)

I can see different lists for those.

Eric.

18" pepperwood AK

14" antler BDC

YCS.

Very hard. I'd be cryin' over all the rest.

I actually did have to make this decision with a hurricane coming. Took the BAS, 20" AK and a 20" Chainpuri at that time. :(

thats a tough one... i would probably kill myself :foot:

25" grs
21" gelbu special
17" foxy folly

16" BGRS (main user)
17" Bura Boomerang (feels to good to let go)
16.5" WWII (gift from Dick)

It would be hard to take it down to just three, if I could extend the list to four then my 18" CAK would be on there as well. I have had to trim my collection down before, I always regretted doing that.

M-43 by Vim
16.5" WW II by Sher
15" AK Bowie by Bura

If I still had my 15" Ballance by Sgt K (given away as gift), it would be at the top of the list.

I couldn't choose, couldn't do it, but:

Hanuman, full size Balance, Yangdu Special.

I'd use at least one of them to hunt down and destroy whomever or whatever made me choose in the first place...

and buy more later...it is better for the economy that way and
besides you should keep your memories in your heart and save your steel for your enemies..... they are tools, not people.....

Very difficult.

Satori Special, 18" Salyan, Kosterized AKB...not necessarily because they are the best (they are very good however), but because they are irreplaceable. The answer is given with the understanding that I'm still alive, and I can get a new collection at a later time. There are a few other unobtanium pieces that would go away and they would be missed dearly, but these are the three that I'd keep.

I'm with Munk. There are some others -- the MGRS, the 25" Khadka CAK, the Tibetan, the Monster Napolean, the 30" Kobra, the antler Seax, and more -- that I would miss dearly, and it would be great fun to chase down the cause of my loss with any one of them. ;)
