Starting today we are doing a major upgrade at the computer shack. Getting a new super HP 9870 and hooking up to DSL. My only blood nephew, Travis, is here from Girard, KS to help and do a little sightseeing, too. He is a computer advisor for the phone company back in KS so I'm hoping he can get this new system up and running in a couple of days but with me helping he has his work cut out for him so stay tuned.

Glad to hear it Uncle. Why don't you take it easy for the next couple of days and visit with your kin? It's not everyday we get the opportunity to be with our loved ones.

We stayed up until 2:30 BSing last night. Travis is now 23 and we were big buddies when he was a little critter. I gave him his first air gun and khukuri. He got into Tae Kwan do when he was a kid and should have his black belt but didn't test. He got into body building instead. He'll graduate from college this semester. I'll try to post a pix of us doing work later on.

Upgrades can be nice, but also a PPITA. WebTV hs a new upgrade out that I loaded on my unit and then retrograded the same day. The new ug was 5 times slower than what I have now, but the folks at WebTV are supposed to be working on it.

I hope your's goes without a hitch.
