If your entire knife collection was stolen...

I don't really care to imagine the"one" knife scenario. I have a relatively small collection (10) and of those 10 there's only two I'd be ok parting with. For the sake of answering the op's question I'll say my recently aquired 0392. It's a limited edition and oh so sweet! And my 9 other knives! Haha

My custom shoppe 110 is the most special knife I own; I don't have to think twice about it.

Buck Ranger Skinner #113 Knife.

I own only a few knives.

I carry the #113 on a daily basis and if ALL all of my knives were stolen or lost in some tragic boating accident... it would be the BUCK #113 fixed blade knife.

I would replace the BUCK 113 and the BUCK 119 Special immediately.

I would replace the Ka-Bar #1211 too.

The rest of my small collection would be replaced or I would get DUPLICATE BUCK knives in the #113 and #119 and in the Ka-Bar #1211.

I would immediately replace my Estwing camp axe and my two Sog Fasthawks if they were stolen too.

Buck Ranger Skinner #113 FB Knife

Buck Woodsman #102

Buck #119 Special

Buck Vanguard

2 Buck PakLite Skinner Knives

Ka-Bar #1211 Knife

Estwing Camp Axe

Sog Fasthawk

My sog desert dagger or purple combat trodden. Those things are getting hard to find.

There's a tanto that my dad designed which I would probably keep. 2.9 inch long blade which is 0.25" thick, stag slabs, full tang.
Then I'd go grab a hammer and get the rest of my knives back. ;)

That's awesome. So I demand pics!

From what I have.....my rehandled ESEE 4, or my 6. My big folders are just toys for giggles n shnitz. I wouldn't feel hard done by with a Cold Steel SRK either, but to each their own.

Do you know this from experience? If so, story time.

Not yet, but apart from carrying a steel-capped hickory "walking stick" its my artificial weapon of last resort. Without the knife its down to striking & eye-gouging pitbulls, rotties etc.
My nice Jack Russell has a right to live.
With hindsight I should've used the word "probably."

No doubt. My Lefty Thorburn L36L.
If stolen I'd be contacting Andre that same day, begging him to make me it's twin.

This Colonial Barlow rehandled in stag by Glennbad. It was my first knife given to me as a kid by my grandfather.

Large Sebenza Snakewood. Was the first knife I thought about when mentioning not having any more knives.
Runner up, Small Sebenza Snakewood.

That would be sweet! I could claim the full market value of all of them on insurance and get all the money back I had spent (or more) on knives that are just sitting on the shelf, and then could use the proceeds to only re-buy the few knives that I actually carry and use. No shipping, no hassles with e-bay, just a single big check. Sign me up!

I'd probably want to have the ZT 0770CF with me that day since I like it and couldn't replace it for what I paid.

As some have said already, this is a sadistic topic, & I'd rather not have seen this at all....but since I have, I'd want to be carrying this one:
Apache Hunter - 1.jpg

Almost all of my remaining knives are one-offs/custom fixed blades, so I'd likely crack...spiraling into a deep depression & only speaking to my wife & children thru the use of crudely fashioned sock puppets.

This is pretty much spot on for me...:o:( I don't have any single favoruite knife; they're all like children to me. :foot::rolleyes::D

My custom knives are one-offs and even many of my production knives have been modded (for example; these three waved by me) and the amount of time invested in the mods would be hard to recoup... YMMV.

This is making me rethink my storage/security measures.:thumbup:

My SJ75 it is irreplaceable and my first custom knife. It would also be nice to have my Government Model 1911 with me because I assume if they steal the knives they get the guns too. Then I shall go Liam Neeson on those people because I will know when they start unloading the knives and guns they are kind of distinctive.

What is the one knife you wish you were carrying that day? Pick just one!

For me, it would be my ZT0562CF. Some may say it would be silly to go with this over my Large Sebenza 21 with Box Elder Burl, but for one knife that can do everything I need, it would be the ZT.

One of my Ali Bastian Quoll flippers. Hand made knife from Australia (look it up - he is become BG popular now in the states). Liner flock' Damascus blade with CF scale... Pure class!
