Ignore List Ignores Me...

I have only very recently decided to take advantage of the "Ignore" feature. However, when I put a name in the box and press "okay", nothing happens.
Anybody else have this problem?:confused:
 
It's a two-step process. First, you type in the name and click "Okay." This puts the new name (unsaved) into your list with a check next to his or her name. Next, you click the "Save Changes" button in the block with that list and start enjoying some bliss.

I understand that's what is supposed to happen, but when I click "okay", nothing happens. There is no list and no "Save Changes" button to click.
 
Well that's odd. Before I wrote that, I walked myself putting one of the poliforum guys on ignore. The save button and the list are above the box where you type in the name and press okay.
 
Just go to their profile and find in upper left of screen and click "user list" and it will show add as friend, add as contact or add to ignore list, click ignore, whala.

oh, i see. i was putting my name in the box.

i keep trying to ignore myself, to no avail.
 
The amygdala keeps you from ignoring people with lots of INFI - including yourself. It can be desensitized with alcohol.

You are most welcome, I had found that when searching for other information, went back to it and added someone to my list. I only have one on it, I think he was banned anyway.:D
