Is there anyone who can give me any helpful hints for using IKBS system.

It would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, don't!

Get the caged bearings from Alpha or Jantz.

IKBS = Pain in the Rear

But if you must, 1/16" balls, 3/16 pivot, 8mm counterbore, .040 deep minimum.
