I just got an e-mail from Jeanine at Buck giving me my USPS Priority Mail tracking/deliver confirmation number. The buildouts should be here Wednesday I think.

Haven't gotten a call or email yet. Just emailed Joe to see if he heard anything yet since I sent him my order form directly.
 
I love the anticipation of watching the mailbox... Probably part of the reason that I'm always bidding on a $25 110 auction or something like that; I'm hooked! ;)
 
Let's see, I e-mailed the order form to Jeanine last Monday (the 7th) and received a confimation from her later that same day. I got the phone call for my CC info last Thursday, but Friday was a holiday for the USPS so they didn't get mailed until today.
 
Jeanine brougt me the good news too today. And I hope that Buck hired a flying clipper for shippin' and not a coal fired iron ore steamer.

i never got on the email list for the buildouts. sent a few emails to get on it as well. oh well thats how it goes i guess. enjoy your knives when the show up and i know we all love the pictures to come.
 
I just realized my confirmation came in an email from Jeanine last week that said my order will ship on Monday. Tracking # says it is on the way. :)

I also wanted to give a heads up to the web specials....they added one or two knives that weren't on there before. The Alpha Crosslock being one that I ordered.

The tracking/confimation number for my order says expected delivery Wednesday. Now that I ordered from the web specials, I'll have to be looking for the UPS driver too.
 
Emailed Joe yesterday but haven't heard back, nor have I gotten a call. Keeping my fingers crossed.

My guess is that Joe forwarded your e-mail and order form to Jeanine as she is the contact for this offering. Perhaps an e-mail to her is in order?

I'll give that a try. Joe just said he was taking my order "to the store" so I wasn't sure whom to contact.


Heard from Jeanine. My order shipped yesterday but of course the USPS system is showing "technical diffidulties" with it's tracking at the moment but it should be here by the end of the week. WooHoo!

Tracking says Thursday, double WOO HOO!!

Mine will probably be an extra day or two....it would be hard to get any further from Idaho in the states than where I'm at here in Florida.

You are probably right. I'm used to the free shipping when I order from Buck and that does take a while to get here. Maybe those knives will be here tomorrow. :)

EDIT; I just checked Jeanine's email conformation and all the USPS tracking site says is that it was processed through Spokane last night.

Click on the "details" tab and it should show the estimated date of delivery.

You could always have them ship to me here in VA, that way they won't take as long to be delivered. I could send you pics of them on holidays and such.

Heck yeah....I'll be backpacking in VA in a couple weeks and I could pick 'em up then. :)
