Yesterday, my buddy Neil was at my grandmas house, watching her, so to speak. (She hasn't been the same since leaving the hospital on Tuesday) He called my mom up, due to her having problems breathing. Immediately my mom rushed over, and when my mom got there, the ambulance was already there. After a minute, someone came rushing in the house, and said they needed to go. My grandma had just died in the ambulance. They got her back, but was in seriously critical condition.

Once in the hospital until 3 in the morning, they finally had her stabilized, but they had to keep her from moving, so they gave her an extremely mild sedative. They told us she would be there for at least 3 weeks before any signs would start really showing up.

They said it could go either way. We are, of course, hoping for the best. She fought through cancer, twice, and I believe she will fight through this as well.

*Just letting you guys know why I may disappear for a while. There is only certain times they will let me in, but I am going to try and be there as much as I can.

*Please do not move this, as this is where most of my time I spend on BF is. Thanks.

Sorry to hear about your grandmother's ilness.
My sympathy goes out to her, you and your family.
 
Understand and my thoughts are with you. I left the mid-west and I am living on the West coast now helping a family member who is battling stage 4 colon cancer. The bad part is my knife shop and I are 1650 miles apart.
 
I hope your Grandmom gets some needed rest to fight off whatever is ailing her and she makes it back home faster than they thought she would. :)
