Not knowing where this really belongs (possibly bad and Ugly)I thought to post here since there is no 1SKS forum here and the bladeforums and 1SKS are owned by the same person.My situation is this,I ordered a BM42SS on about May 21, or 22 from 1SKS website,Before the Memorial holiday.I figure I'll get this knife I want and also support the forums with the purchase.My first time ordering through 1SKS,I figure I would try it out.Now I could have gotten the knife right away somewhere else with immediate shipment,but thought it would be better to support the forum.I had a problem ordering on the site and sent an e-mail asking how to order and when these are expected.I received an e-mail pretty promptly and I was told to try again,perhaps I hit the wrong link,but no answer as to when the item is in stock or will be shipped.To make a long story short I've sent numerous e-mails since then asking my order status when they would have the BM42SS and when it would probably ship.I haven't received an answer,but I think my e-mail system has been messed up,because I can't get ahold of a couple other people I've been trying to communicate with as of yet for about a week.I then have been trying the 1SKS phone number which is a toll(long distance) call being I'm not ordering a product and just asking a question.I have tried a few times today and get a automated message,no message leaving capabilities and no one picking up the phone "just try back later"Well I can't confirm when or if these are ever coming and you can only cancel by phone which is not possible because no one is answering.I'm not about to make a dozen calls for a status check or cancellation request.Can someone help me Spark or someone that works for you listening?I was under the impression these BM42SS are already out and what would be the hold up?I really didn't want to make a post about this,but I have no alternative communication venues for a quick resolution. thanks Ralph S
edited to add:called again late this afternoon, I did get to speak with Kevin.He is awaiting another shipment from Benchmade.Hopefully will be arriving shortly
By the way Thanks for the reply Dave and suggestion.I did get through with the non-order line and no my card has not been charged.So we just waiting on Benchmade now.
