Plenty of fur left and can't bite too hard anymore! So its still kinda soft and much safer than a younger cat In the long run it will not cost you as much as a kitten because you probably won't have to feed it for as many years (just means more INFI for you).

I am just kidding! I would never sell my wife's cat (again).
