I'm a Case man, what kind of man are you?

I was a Marlboro Man.

But I've been without for 8 years now. (Although today I would gladly bludgeon someone for a smoke)

You could also call me a Spyderco Man...Spyderman?

with a few Case, Schrade, Buck, Henckels, and Fighting Bulldog.

Hmmm, how about Fighting Bulldog Man, that's what I'm carrying today.

Queen mostly, S&M when I can get them in 1095, with some Northwoods sprinkled in for Sambar Stag.

I'm pretty much a Case man myself. As far as slip-joints go, I've been buying and carrying Case knives almost exclusively for a couple of years now. It's not that I'm especially loyal to them really... it's just that they have such an enormous product line that there's always something new to get interested in. :)

Mostly Camillus and made by Camillus (Remington), but my all time favorite carry knife is a Schrade 194 OT, carbon blade and USA made. Bought my first one 30 years ago and just picked up a couple more thru ebay. (Cannot believe how much more nib 194 OTs are compared to LB7s).

Well, used to be a Schrade man and carried OTs, then it was SAKs, now it seems to be Case since I just ordered my third one in a month. My wife says she's going to kill me if I order another knife, so I need to decide on a pretty one for my funeral. Maybe something in MOP. :p

I guess I'm more a Case man than anything else... I like the 1095 steel from other manufacturers a tiny bit better than CV, and have several knives from other companies that I really like, but my go to everyday workhorses are old Case red bones. Hopefully I won't live long enough to use up my stash.

I hardly ever carry anything other than Case knives. A medium stockman and sodbuster jr are always with me. Rarely I add a Vic.

I've bought probably 20+ Case knives in the last 1.5 yrs.

i'm a Victorinox man. sometimes i'll carry a case, but it's rare. sometimes i'll throw in a kershaw, spyderco, or benchmade, but it's usually just a Victorinox. right now it's an alox electrician. i don't see myself switching to anything else soon. large blade, small blade, awl, and a bottle opener/screwdriver. I LOVE IT.

When it comes to slippies, I carry Case most of the time. I've got other brands and some customs, but I keep going back to Case CV knives for EDC.

my edc is a Rough Rider butterbean , allways amazed at the quality for the price of RR , but got a couple of Case and Buck ..:)

camillus:thumbup: but lately a Cattaraugus 225 Q and a vic gardener:D
the catt225Q is my new purchase so its getting the lions share of the attention right now.
my first real quality knife was my grandpa's camillus #26 hunter and for me it set the bar for slipjoints. The knife i compare my others too.
Top notch quality and Excellent value:thumbup:

I think I've crossed back and forth over the years, carrying just about everything at one time or another. But I guess the most long lasting has been the sak's, mostly Victorinox.

I've yet to find another brand that has the consistancy of fit and finish that the Swiss put in thier pocket knives. If I were to find myself put down anyplace without a pocket knife, I'd go find a store that had sak's, so I guess I'm a Victorinox man at heart. But Wenger will do in a pinch.

For the last 10 or so years it has been Benchmades. But I have have a few Case, Eye Brand and Bokers. It seems all those slip joints knives work as good or better than the newer offerings out there now. I'm even considering getting a Queen Coperhead now. So I guess I'm starting to come full circle.

Going by what I'm carrying around most of the time, I'm another SAK man - particularly Vic, but I do like my Wenger SI very much. I'm not exclusive though - I've had and liked others like Case, Boker, and Queen.

When it comes to sheath knives, I'm a Bark River man.
