Congratulations Allen, I had that same emotion 23 years ago this January when my daughter was born.
Call me in 23 years and tell me how ya feel, just kidding, I still love her with all my heart. In 23 years we've had laughs, tears, cuts, illnesses, learning to drive, boyfriends, you get my drift.
I'm gonna give you the best advice you'll get, love her unconditionally, always be there for her and let her know she can always count on you and treat her with love and respect and you'll get it back X 10.
My daughter's almost done with college, works a full time job and lives at our home with her bf who works 2 jobs), (that'll be a trip, dealing with a boyfriend, no one's ever gonna be good enough for her).
Lots of luck and enjoy your daughter, news the best time for you cause you can put her down right now and shell still be where you left her, once she becomes mobile that's all over.
Again congrats to you and the Mrs.and may God bless you all, Merry Christmas.
