Im a little OCD

THe farmer is hands down mu favorite Sak I have 4 and more are on the way..so if you have a disorder...it must be contagious...I recently got back in to collecting stockman patterns..and equally compulsive addiction
 
I havent realy got into slippys yet, Thank god!!:D You know what im sayin bout the farmers though! If they came out with any more colors-Id probably have a stroke:eek:
 
Oh my, just wait till the slippy bug bites..... When she kicks you out bring your tent, you can camp back in my woods!!! LOL
 
My wife wants the Blue Farmer - so I am going to have to pick one up for her. I just picked up a Silver Alox with a pocket clip.

Yeah, I have a silver and a red Farmer...oh, and the red Farmer that Scibeer added the scissors to...and the Wenger Soldier I got in '97....and the Huntsman without the toothpick or the tweezers that I picked up in Colombia about 10 years ago...oh, and the Ranger I picked up in Panama about 20 years ago...and the ..........................NAW! I have no "disorder!":eek:

You think it will be alright if you pick only one pattern. So you pick trappers....then it's a choice of size and material. Carbon or stainless? What about scales, bone, wood, stag, etc. Say you pick a large carbon trapper with bone scales.......what jigging do you want? Smooth, corncob, woodland, winterbottom, Sheffield, RV.........................................
 
Copper. They need to issue all these alox models in copper. THE most beautiful handle color. But the hard anodized comes close.
 
I love the farmers, my blue one is my prized possesion, but I really like my autumn orange cadet for edc, lots of knife in a slim and small package.
That black/dark green farmer is awesome, next purchase I think.
 
Esav- Copper would be outfreakinstanding!!!

Bruce- I dont even want to think about that adiction...I just picked up a queen mtn man in stag, It might be starting.....

Liam- are the orange scales on the cadet the same size as the farmer...If so, I see a mod in my future!!!!

Yep, I have been looking at them lately too. I really like stockmans, large ones, 4" or so, stag Queen cutlery, for example... Its a damned disease...
 
It's only a disorder when your knives are in a disorganized pile. If you arrange them neatly, then it can't possibly be a disorder.

And d@mn all the people who've lately been posting pics of orange handled knives. I think I can feel a compulsion developing.:eek:

Brother I feel your pain. My wife already knows the UPS guy by name. I need to start requesting a diffent delivery service or my future kids will start resembling him.:eek:
 
Along with SAKs, I have, shall we say, a "weakness" for the big Moose patterns. I love those things! And I like carrying them and using them as well! The Moose is my favorite hunting and camping pocketknife.

Once you "catch" the "sickness" there is no turning back!:eek::D
