I'm back and here's a couple of pix of the trip.

Uncle,

Great to see your Dad is doing well! :D

Great pics of the guitars... I NEED a new one. Maybe I'll try and buy one (or it'd make a great birthday present... HINT WAL) HEE!

I'll try to stash $500 and have your Dad pick out the best sounding one.

I only have to drive about 5000 miles or so to make that much...less if I ever get off of training status (and MUCH less if it is a present :D:D:D:D) :)

Again, glad everything is going good for your Dad :)

Talked with Dad this Am and he sounded pretty strong. I think I sold a mandolin for him. I'll tell him tomorrow. He never expected to sell any of them so this will be quite a surprise and I think will perk him up even more.

Many thanks for interest in a couple of old men, well wishes and kind words.

Glad Frank is doing better. I am interested in one of his guitars....especially the nylon string/classical ones. Will try & get up with you today or first part of the week, or you can shoot me an e-mail.

Thank god u guys are allright.What a resemblance,I can't get over it.:D ;) Sincerely,FRANK C....

Federico, I made an electric Stratocaster copy from Carvin. In came out well. Now I have a rosewood acoustic kit from Stewart-MacDonald. Not really started it yet. They are a great supply company for parts, books and tools and some raw wood. They have a website so just do a search.
