Recommendation? I'm back... and need a new knife!

I'll be in Camp Pendleton for about a month and then I'll be at Twentynine Palms for 2 months. Following that, I could be stationed there for a long while but hopefully not!

You need to find out what the commander has to say about knives too, I'd hold off on anything until you get to 29 Palms.

You wont have any problems out there, so many military guys carrying knives. My nephew was in Pendelton and he regularly carried a 3+ inch emerson. A lot of guys will carry the full size Griptillian, and that would suit you well.

Yup I'll wait to actually get them until I get to 29 palms but thought I'd get a few ideas beforehand.
