Glad you are back and better. However, take it easy and don't work hard. We hadn't heard about you for a few days and were wondering.

Sounds like Yangdu needs to take it easy too.

Seriously, getting dehydrated can really mess you up and most of the time you don't even know it's happening.

I've had a pretty good day off, but reading your posts again and hearing you're doing OK really makes my day, Uncle. I'm sorry to hear about Yangdu's finger- I've done something similar, though much less severe, and waiting for it to heal was quite the PITA. I'll send smoke for you both.

Glad you are pain free for now.

The people I pity are the ones who tell me that: "The first drink ( or drug ) I had was the very first time I ever felt like I was normal..." Very sad.

I hate to see kids drugged out for everyone else's convenience, on the other hand my kid got home from school early today because another high school kid's memorial service was being held at 3:30 PM. A suicide. And last anyone heard his girlfriend is still missing.

Maybe now they'll get the Suicide Prevention/Crisis Call Line team down for a teacher's workshop.

When a young man ate his 30-30 on while I was working on the Rez, and I mentioned that the SP/CCL had workshops to the Tribal Chairman, it was "Find out about it NOW!"
