    Welcome back, Garth, and here's to a continued speedy and successful recovery! I am the veteran a half dozen orthopedic surgeries on various areas of my body, and am now facing another 2 - 4 more in the very near future. So I get it. NO fun! Hang in there, man. You got this!

    Wait... I've been thinking... With "a Garth 2.0", INFI injected/forged/imbued shoulder, and the fact that he started the thread with "I'm back" (Terminator reference)...

    Do we now have a Bionic Garth?

    Get well soon, Garth. If you're interested in speeding healing, I know of a really neat little setup you can build yourself for about $20 using 250 watt red incandescent heat lamp.

    https://www.drlwilson.com/Articles/SINGLE LAMP.HTM

    I built myself a sauna using three of these lamps clamped and arranged in a closet under the stairs, it gets up to about 120 F after about 20-30 minutes. I use it 1-2 hours daily for personal healing of other conditions, but the frequencies emitted by the bulbs are very good for healing. Anybody interested can also build their own sauna for cheap...

    Concentrate on stability excercises to keep your shoulder centered (so that you don't ding it and start new scarring). Know your limits; don't let a Physiotherapist push you too hard (they do that).

    Take Curcumin/Tumeric for inflammation....mix it with a little Bromelain (to prevent scar building)....just don't take Bromelain with food; it will work on it, instead.

    I had 8 to 12mm of bone ground off of the bottom of my Acromion to help the scar tissue on my right Rotator Cuff clear it...best thing I ever did. 18 years and counting....

    Get well!

    :thumbsup::thumbsup:

    I hear soaking the inflamed/injured area with tequila (or other agave spirit) FROM INSIDE can have amazing effect.... worth a try?!?
