I'm back!!!

Great to see you again, dude! Ain't been the same here without ya'! :D

Thanks everyone. I'm gonna be days catching up on my reading here. Assuming Cynthia lets me get any online time.

Welcome back man...even though i wasnt around before you left lol

When i lived in Greensboro i had to rely on their horribly slow public library computers as well, so i feel you pain. I technically lived in the Pleasant Garden area, so the long drive to the library just made things worse. The only reason i have the internet now is because its so much cheaper to live in HP :p

Good to see someone else local on the boards:thumbup:

Carolina River Rat? Never heard of him :p

'bout time man, I started a few threads wondering if anyone heard anything about you, glad to see you got the interwebs working again.

Actually not in Greensboro anymore. Just moved back to SC. I liked it there but I have a free house here in SC. Seemed kinda silly not to live in it.

Yeah I had financial issues. Internet wasn't in the budget. Thanks for wondering about me. It's good to be back.

Welcome back man. I thought we lost ya!

Thank ye kindly, sir. Is that a flathead cat in your avatar pic?

Hey CRR, welcome back! Was wondering about you the other day. Glad to know that things are well. A free house is nice. :) Have you had many chances to use your blades this last year?

Heber

Thanks Heber. I was at constant war with the bamboo in me backyard in NC, so my khuks and machetes got a good workout clearing it. After clearing, I made some things from it, so my smaller blades, especially the Izula folding saw, got some good use. Also been using my RC-3 in the kitchen quite a bit, when I can pry it from Cynthia's hands. There's areas near my new place in SC that resemble Jeff's jungle photos, so I forsee some good khuk/machete action, especially next summer.
