I was sharpening 'hawk heads last night and I realized that you can remove the heads of hawks and use the head for an ulu. It sure makes a hawk far more useful than a hawk with a non removable head. You guys probably already knew this but I just figured it out. DUH!

Well, you're smarter than I am (that's not really saying a lot ). I hadn't thought about using a hawk head like that, but it makes sense.

Oh my gosh your right!
I have a modded CS norse hawk that you can remove the head with a set screw. It should work pretty well as an Ulu.
