I'm Dreaming Of A "White" Christmas...

A great pattern and well deserved Mr. Blues. One of the most functional secondary blades I have seen. This piece is the way it should be. Great.

Thanks, Greg. When Ken and I planned the two blade hunter some time back I asked him to create a secondary blade which would be a hybrid of a wharncliffe and pen blade. I had gotten the idea originally from the secondary blade on the Case medium "Texas Jack" pattern (62032). (I've since learned of the blade style being referred to as a "Zulu Spear" in the Bose Knives thread.)

That blade shape is very useful and also avoids having redundant blade patterns when the master is a spear.

Super, Elliott!! (About the only adjective left concerning this beauty). What a great present to have waiting for you Christmas Day. Ken put the icing (ivory) on this one masterfully.

I like that one ! The ivory makes it look all more traditional. . . .and stuff. :D

Wow! A truly exceptional piece of work from one of the best to one of the best. Congratulations brother Blues!

And a very Merry Christmas to you too Blues and everyone else. The only thing that I think could make that knife any better is if it was post ban ivory :) I like things I cann't have :)

Thanks for sharing your Beautiful Ivory Erickson! You deserve it Elliott! Bet you are grinning ear to ear!!!

Elliott, that is a real beauty. Congratulations on a nice score, and a big thumbs-up to Ken for his wonderful work.

I also got my first elephant ivory handled knife this year, and all I can do is wonder why it took me so long.
