and i just wanted to know, what can you say about philippine made balis, and i would like to try benchmade balis anyone here know where i can buy it
 
Like most anything, they're all over the place. I've got some very good Filipino Handmade balisongs, I tend to use the shorthand FHM which seems to have caught on. Of course, there's also the tourist trash which can be really bad.

Welcome to the forum. It's nice to have another member from the Philippines.
 
I haven't seen anything except for the "tourist trash". I look foward to flip somthing of higher quality.
 
Welcome Shiela...and yes...a BM would be a good choice, but there are some very nice knives made in your country. Sadly.., not so many now-a-days, but there are a few good makers still left in Buli and the Barrios around Taal.
