I'm getting closer....

If you are looking for "one" CRK, I would suggest either the Small Sebenza 21 Insingo w/ Micarta OR the Sebenza 25. I think the 25 is a wonderful blend of the 21 and the Umnumzaan, essentially it is the "Greatest Hits" of the CRK line up. I own the above two, as well as a Large 21 and an Umnumzaan, but find myself carrying the Small 21 the most.

Hey, Likewise.

Let me know when you are ready to roll on this decision. I am curious what you choose.

I have been thinking lately that I want a left handed small of some variety (probably Insingo)....with my gimp arm, and all.
I NEVER thought I would want a small....of left handed...but here I am.

Anyway, I am interested to see what you go for.

Will do Ken. How is your arm doing ? IIRC you had surgery recently

That's part of the problem. There are 4 or 5 different knives that I really would like to have, and I like them equally..
It's not an easy decision, but I guess I can start with one, and then figure out which one might be next :D

I'm really digging the TiLock,..But then again..I also like the micarta 21's..Not smalls, but just the same.

Good luck on your choice Mike!

True, I have very limited use of my right arm and a 2 pound lifting restriction for the next 3-6 months. Thus my interest in a lefty;)

I have been thinking about the ti lock too, but think perhaps that clip would agitate me.

I hope you are very happy with your choice once you get it;)

I recommend getting a small sebenza 21 plane jane clip point. That was my first knife and I am so happy with it that its hard to even need anything else in the lineup. The small 21 fits hand perfectly and I am a size medium glove, locks up like a vault, light, strong, and sharp. I would never trade my small 21 for an inkosi. Never owned an inkosi but I have looked at the knife enough to know that its not for me. Only thing I like about the inkosi is the ball detent and you can get that with plenty of other models. Good luck!

Thanks Bill. I've been meaning to ask you how you were liking the TiLock.

Thanks Ken. I hope your recovery goes well, and faster then expected

I love the Inkosi, but it is much smaller than I was expecting. I had seen all the pictures, but I was still surprised at its size. I got a GEC 25 the same week, and while the 25 is much smaller, they remind me of each other. The Small 21 is a great knife and I love the clip and insingo blades. The larges are also nice, but you ave held them before, so you know the size in hand.

For a first knife, I would recommend an Inkosi, mostly because their resale value is higher right now than a plain 21, so if you don't like it, you can sell and still make back a higher percentage than if you decide you don't like the 21.

I see you are in Oregon, so I am sending a PM.

Oh - congrats on 18k!

Thanks Andy. It would be cool if all 18,000 were of great substance, but sadly they aren't lol...

Thanks Chris. That makes sense. I've been close numerous times over the years, but in all honesty, the Inkosi is the one that really
peaked my interest again.
