I'm Getting My First Custom Shop Buck For Christmas!!

So I'm an idiot. Just looked back at the email and found the tracking. They shipped it UPS next day air. I'll get it tomorrow!!! The suspense is killing me
 
Here it is. This thing is SWEET!! The blade has rock solid lockup and no blade play. It came stupid sharp with nice even bevels. I'm and totally happy with this knife. I got the tan leather sheath too and it's nice. I already added my thumbstud to it. This steel is a bear compared to the 420hc when drilling but I finally got it. I was very nervous but and happy its done.

Wow! Looks great! And I thought my 110 looked good coming back from the SPA treatment. I gotta get me a custom 110. Now, would I use it for EDC?

Glad it came before Christmas. I'll bet Buck has been working extra hard trying to get knives out in time for Santa.

It does look like you put the thumbstud on the wrong side though. :D

Yeah yeah I know. There's right handed and wrong handed. :)
I really like the tan leather sheath too but it's just so big. So I found my gator hide sheath I made for my 2dot last night and resewed it to fit this one. I'll post a pic of it later. You can definitely tell they take extra time and care in the custom shop putting these things together. This knife is solid and beautiful

I just may do the Buck 110 Custom for my birthday.
 
What a nice present. It is a beautiful knife. I have a custom 110 made ever once in a while and each time one comes I am like a kid at Christmas. I guess I will always be a kid at heart.
