I recently realized I may have lost my buck 112 and I think I'm in need of a replacement.
Here are some criteria for what I'm looking for:
3-3.5 inch blade of medium thickness. (Single blade.)
Can be a lockback, slip joint, liner lock ect.
I would prefer a clip point blade but not necessary
Natural materials (no plastic.) G10 and micarta are okay
Price preferably below $80 but I might be able to swing a a little more if I find the right one.
Nail Nick opening
MADE IN USA!
So are there many other options out there or should I just stick with buying another 112?

I take the extra blade off Case Trappers but assuming you don't want to go through that have you considered the Case Backpocket? Looks like there is more than ome blade shape.
Like my Trappers but larger handle.

Might have to shop around a bit too find one but check out the queen mountain man, or the kabar large coppersmith.

Douk douk is also in that size range and it's a whole lot cheaper.

GEC 48 (Weasel) or Northwood Hawthorne

(Scrap the Northwoods - it's over your desired budget)

The GEC 77 is a great option, but the blade may be less than 3"... I'll check in the morning.
I don't have a GEC 73 (haven't found the right one, yet); but that's an option.... as is the larger 23.

Queen mountain man or Case copperlock. AG Russell also have some that fit your requirements.

I'll vote the GEC bullnose. Great size and shape, fits comfortably in the hand and comes in a range of colors.

Buck 112 from Copper and Clad. (they are a supporting dealer, so I can mention them by name)
Options include carbon steel, standard, or upgraded stainless blades, clip or drop point, and handle choices not available from the custom shop.

Right around the $80ish mark I'd probably go with a GEC #71 Bullnose.

The #72 lockback also fits but they're hard to find at a reasonable price now. If you look carefully, you might still be able to find one of the new #74s out there as well. Pretty much exactly what you're looking for--3" single clip blade, and the dealer price on the Tidioutes is sub-$100 IIRC. Again, you'd just have to look closely, might not be many left out there.

Here's some pics of a few of the knives mentioned along side a 110 and an opinel #8 so you can get a good idea of how big they are. The last one is a 2 bladed knife but it's on the 74 frame that mbp mentioned.

Lost my copperlock awhile back but I have an old pic of it alongside the 74 for reference. They are surprisingly thin, not much thicker than the Douk-douk.

Edit: Forgot to add, the Coppersmith is a good deal lighter than the 110, I have no problem pocket carrying it, and the Douk-douk/opinel weigh so little you don't even notice them in your pocket.

Im really liking this idea! Do they just order large amounts of custom shop knives?

I think they do special limited runs, since some of the options they have, like 5160 carbon steel blades, I have never seen as a custom shop offering ... not that that means a lot ...
I know I've been drooling over a couple of their 110's and 112's.

The GEC 74 is very close in size to the Buck 112,only slimmer so more pocket freindly.
I don't know if there are any around from the last run but you could look around.
still the Buck 112 is a great knife and if you have had one for any length of time I think
you will want another.

Have I got the perfect knife for you, get a Lanny's Clip, get one from Case or if you want there are a few custom knife makers who make them most famously, the guy who came up with the pattern for a friend of his named Lanny.

Here's a custom Lanny's Clip I won from the Blade Show GAW thread here on our forum. It's a JD Ellis Lanny's Clip and I'm sure the regulars are gettin' tired of seein' it but I'll risk their wrath ;) :)

Here's JD Ellis's interpretation of the Lanny's Clip made famous by Tony Bose, (Shhhhhhhhhhh don't tell Tony that Ellis is right behind him as far as bein' able to produce a gorgeous blade.... )
